			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pizza  is easy to make. Great pizza, however, requires a master. It’s not easy  in a technology based economy today to convince people that you know  something they don’t. Everyone thinks he can self-diagnose his strep  throat just by Googling the terms. Everyone thinks he can look up a  great pizza recipe and become a master chef.</p>
<p>What  great chefs will find, however, is that true genius comes with time,  with intense learning and with humility.  Ironically, it’s often  humility and the ability to listen to others that creates the true  master.  Making pizza is easy.  But making pizza that bubbles at exactly  the right time, that tastes delicious no matter how many pizzas you  have to make, and that brings return customers is something else.</p>
<p>Running  a business is difficult as well.  While great pizza creates a loyal  following, a difficult economy keeps that following at home. It’s tricky  to lure people from their homes, and it’s often important to create  incentive programs, to offer promotions and to use other gimmicks to  keep them coming back – and enjoying amazing pizza when they do.</p>
